Combo contract clients may attend a Mat group class to catch up cancelled classes, provided the following conditions are met:
There is space available in the class the client wishes to attend. No regular mat client may “give up” their spot to accommodate a catch-up client.
Prior arrangement has been made with the Studio and instructor teaching the Mat group class.
The main purpose of attendance is to catch up a missed (Cancelled) class and not to work in an extra (additional) session.
The client understands that this is an exception and not the rule.
Combo contract renewal is automatic after the 6/12-month period has expired, unless the client has provided written cancellation of the Combo Contract. Cancellation requests can be sent to exhale@rooke.co.za
Should the client wish to cancel his/her Combo Contract the following steps should be followed:
Should the client wish to cancel a Combo contract before the term has finished/expired, the client will be held liable for a 1-month penalty fee of said Combo, to account for any discounts received while enjoying the Combo Contract. Written cancellation must be sent to exhale@rooke.co.za
Please do not try to circumvent the terms and conditions of our Combo Contract, this will put us – ROOKé Studio - in the unenviable position of having to levy a penalty fee of R2000 on top of 2 months (First and Last months) Combo contract price. Cancelling before December and re-joining in February to avoid payment over the holidays is not allowed.
Price increases: Prices will be adapted after financial year end (personal) as per SARS and take effect 1 March yearly. Price increases are at the discretion of ROOKé Studio.
